- Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

- Returns originally paid with cash will receive a cash refund.

We will gladly accept your return without the original receipt for in store credit. The store credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item(s). Please keep your gift card safe until it is ready to be used.
Koze will accept returns/exchanges up to 14 days past the original date of purchase for in store credit only.

Shipping & Returns
Items qualifying for return will be issued a refund on original form of payment.
To qualify for a refund we must be notified by email of your intent to return within 2 business days of receiving the item. Return item must be: unworn, unused and in original condition with Koze tags attached). The return must arrive back at the store within 10 days from the date of delivery for full refund. Unfortunately, shipping and handling are non-refundable. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any mail return not meeting these requirements will not be refunded rather a gift card will be issued for for the current selling price.
If you wish to make a return, simply notify us (BY EMAIL) within 2 days of receiving your package by emailing email@example.com. Please include your receipt number and which item(s) you’d like to return.
